National Recognition In December 2016 we were the first institution in the country to gain the AUA Mark of Excellence recognising the impact of the Approach on all Professional Services Staff. We have spoken at SDF, HROD, UHR and AUA national conferences SDF Developing Excellent Practice Award in the HE sector 2016 The Approach has enhanced the Catering Department’s recruitment, induction, retention, training and development practice which was recognised through the the Caterer.com People Awards 2016 for Leadership in Recruitment, Retention and Development.
