Ticket In-Goal Setting ‘Birds of a Feather Flock Together’ Let’s create new goals for 2018

Objective Teachers will analyze common formative assessment (ELA/Math) to focus on standards to reteach for the upcoming weeks AND continue focus on specific students. Connection to TAP: TKS (understand each students anticipated learning difficulties), SO (expectation for student performance is clear demanding and high) Expectations (learning opportunities where all students can experience success).

Review of CFA Process *Team chooses the essential standard being taught (Curriculum Map) *Team creates common formative assessment and focuses instruction (backward design) (Team Planning/Cluster) *Chose day to give assessment *Meet together and analyze student results (Cluster) *Small group instruction for students who did not master skills on CFA (WIN)

It makes academic progress feel concrete for kids, and it helps teachers understand what students are learning and where more work needs to be done.
