THE FIFE PILGRIM WAY A new and inspiring long-distance route across beautiful inland Fife

Fife Coast & Countryside Trust Who are we? An environmental charity committed to managing , conserving and enhancing the countryside of Fife and its wildlife for local communities and visitors to experience, engage with and enjoy.

Fife Coast & Countryside Trust Established in 2002. Company Ltd by guarantee with charitable status Founding partners, Fife Council, Scottish Enterprise Fife, Scottish Natural Heritage, and Kingdom of Fife Tourist Board Set up in order to maximise the potential of Fife’s key Countryside assets, including: The Fife Coastal Path, Lomond Hills Regional Park, beaches and Local Nature Reserves

Project Background THE FIFE PILGRIM WAY PROJECT £758k project Create a long distance walking route across Fife, following routes historically used by pilgrims Linking communities and businesses along the route Opening up social, economic and cultural opportunities
