Freshmen Health Behavior Survey 919 first-semester freshmen aged from HLTH 1000 classes responded voluntarily and anonymously to an online Health Behavior Survey during August and September The survey is administered twice annually by the Dept. of Health Education and Promotion HLTH 1000 Survey Committee.
