The Ross Development Trust SCIO founded in 2016 Aim to replace Ross Theatre and improve WPSG Accessible to all – A Place for People Currently working with CEC within a development agreement to allow fundraising and construction

Where are we now? Potential donors have expressed caution regarding the future maintenance Reassurance needed from CEC to donors that their contributions will leave a legacy for the City Fundraising and design development temporarily suspended until we can give this assurance

Working with CEC to develop a Business Case (OBC) 3 facilitated workshops held in January to identify key areas of OBC Agree what can be offered for donor assurance Develop a sustainable maintenance model Reassurance to the public on access and usage Complete Business Case for review at Finance and Resources Committee in March

Next Steps Complete and approval given on OBC Resume Fundraising Further work on concept design development
