Mobilization of Membership Sending/Calling emails to all the members who have not renewed. Procuring list of status holders from the office of Jt. DGFT and sending membership proposals to all non-members through courier and calling. Emphasising on organising seminars in association with other chamber/association at different cities of Punjab which gives us opportunity to introduce FIEO to their members. Follow- up is also being done with the participants feedback form or with the help of the existing members.

Recommendations FIEO should organise a branded exhibition state wise where they are having offices and invite overseas buyers/importers. This should be an annual event for attraction of participation. Regular talks should be done with state Governments on the concerned issues or liberty should be given on travelling to meet the Government officials in their offices. Print high quality personalised table calendar & distribute among Senior level Customs / Excise / DGFT etc officials which enables FIEO tag always available on their tables.
