Learning About Operating Systems

What is an operating system? An operating system is the software control center of the modern computer system When a computer is being booted the operating system is the first program loaded The operating system loads and supervises all other programs on computer

Our project will cover: More information on what an operating system is What the different types of operating systems are The major functions that an operating system has And how the operating system performs these functions

By our final presentation: We would like to be able to perform basic operating systems file management function And have a full understanding for what an operating system is and how it performs
