What is DRA? The Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA) - 16 Dutch aid and humanitarian organisations Funds – the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. € 60 M per year – 4 years. Locations of operation: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, the Central African Republic, Nigeria, Iraq, South Sudan, the Syria region, Ukraine and Yemen. Programme Sectors: Food Security and Livelihoods; Nutrition; Health; Protection; WASH.

UkJR4 objective: “To provide emergency assistance and protection to the most vulnerable people affected by the humanitarian crisis in Eastern Ukraine.” Partners: Dorcas, SOS Children`s Villages Ukraine, Terre des Homme Target groups: Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and conflict-affected people with a focus on the most vulnerable: - children, youth; - foster families; - female-headed households; - elderly; - persons with a disability; - trauma or chronic disease; - food insecure people of working age without any income.

Geographical focus: - the buffer zone (GCA) Geographical focus: - the buffer zone (GCA). JR partners will target Mariupol, Volnovaha and Marinka rayons in Donetsk oblast and Stanytsia Luhanska, Novoaidar and Popasna rayons in Luhansk oblast. - the non-government controlled areas NGCA. JR partners will target Luhansk, Krasny Luch, Antracyt and Rovenki rayons in Luhansk oblast and Donetsk, Debaltseve, Toretsk, Snezhnoe and Khartsyzk rayons in Donetsk oblast. Programme Sectors: MPC, FS & Livelihoods, Shelter/NFI, CB & Protection Result areas: Multipurpose Cash Key objective: To increase the purchasing power of the targeted population to cover their immediate basic needs; reduce the existing use of negative coping mechanisms among severely vulnerable people. Key result: 4,400 most vulnerable conflict-affected people are provided with MPC

Food Security and Livelihoods Key objectives: 1 Food Security and Livelihoods Key objectives: 1. To ensure immediate access to food for the most vulnerable groups affected by the conflict 2. To help affected people with food security/livelihood assistance and support food production, employment and income-generation for sustainable results. Key result 1: 4,200 of the most vulnerable people have access to food for a six-month period. Key result 2: 1,575 affected people are helped with food security/livelihoods Shelter/NFI Key objectives: To address essential shelter and NFI needs of the most vulnerable conflict-affected people. Key result 1: Essential winter-related NFI needs of 3,500 of the most vulnerable IDPs and conflict-affected population are addressed through in-kind assistance. Key result 2: Essential specific NFI needs of 4,720 of the most vulnerable IDPs and conflict-affected population are addressed through in-kind assistance.

Capacity building and protection Key objectives: 1 Capacity building and protection Key objectives: 1. To provide people of concern with full and non-discriminatory access to quality essential services and enjoyment of their rights, with particular attention to the most vulnerable 2. To strengthen protection for people of concern, including prevention and mitigation of rights’ violations. Key result 1.1: 21,570 people of concern benefit from full and non-discriminatory access to quality protection services and enjoyment of their rights, with particular attention to the most vulnerable. Key result 1.2: 13,310 affected people demonstrate awareness of protection risks and how to prevent them Key result 2: 920 people are trained on protection topics to strengthen existing protection services
