ELECTRICAL TRIMOUT 1350 shut off power before beginning. Most wires are color coded to prevent wiring errors. Connect wires from the rough electric to the receptacle. When in doubt study the wiring diagram to make sure you are doing it correctly.

FLOORING 1360 make sure the floor is clean. prepare the tile or laminate wood flooring. Cut the flooring to make sure that the flooring will fit around doors and openings. Apply adhesive to flooring or simply pull the strip of paper off and stick to floor.

FINISH PLUMBING 1370 Finish plumbing consists of installing fixtures and water heater. Make sure the water is turned off at the main valve and the electricity is turned off if it needs to be. When installing the fixtures make sure they fit in the designated location. connect the fixture to the water pipes and make sure they fit the snug. Turn the water on at the main valve and check for leaks.

INSTALL APPLIANCES 1380 When installing appliances it is a good idea to follow the instructions provided with the appliances. place the appliance in its designated location in the house. Leave enough space to hook up the appliance with the rough electric. After you have connect the appliance place the appliance firmly against the wall.

INSTALL FIXTURES 1390 First you must find the rough electrical wires. Find the wires that were placed in the rough electrical process of construction. Connect the wires from the rough electric to the fixture. connect the fixture to the roof or wall.

GRADING 1400 Most grading is either done with a tractor, bulldozer or some other type of grading equipment. Grading is normally done to level out the area, and help with water run off. When you are grading an area simply try to use your equipment to make the area as level as possible to keep it from holding water. Try to avoid making lumps or holes in the ground when grading.

LANDSCAPING 1410 When taking on any landscaping project it is essential to make sure to properly prepare the area. When laying sod it is important to make sure some of the ground has been raked over so the sod will take roots. When planting shrubs make sure to dig a big enough hole for the shrubs. place the root base of the shrub in the ground be sure that 1 -2 inches of the root is above the ground. This will ensure proper growth for the shrub.

PUNCH LIST 1420 A construction punch list is nothing more than a checklist to make sure that each activity has been completed. be sure to have each activity accounted for in the punch list. Simply go through the list of activities and make sure that each activity has been completed before you mark them off the list.
