If the progress report is not filed, funding will be suspended. The progress report should be submitted in the format of an NIH non-competing renewal and also should include an itemized expenditure report for both the bridge funding account and the departmental matched funds.

Conflict of Interest - Travel PHS Supported Faculty and other “key personnel” Must declare travel on UK COI web site within 30 days of completing travel. Exclusions – Travel sponsored by academic institute, State or Federal Government Inclusions – All travel sponsored by not for profit – example, American Heart Association UK Healthcare Rule – Apply to All Faculty in the COM Exclusions – None Inclusions – All travel paid by non UK sources, including conferences and study sections. Also includes all academic visits.
