To work efficiently, there has to be a constant supply of oxygen. Important for any activity going to be performed for sustained period of time.

Breathing rate: Facts: Challenge: Breathing rate increases greatly when we exercise. It can increase up to three times the rate when we are at rest. Count breaths per minute at rest. Run on the spot for 2 minutes. Count breathing rate. Any difference?
