Front Range League Structure Application Process and Fees Clubs register teams and request divisions. Strongly recommended that clubs request a spreadsheet of registered teams to ensure the requested division is correct. Registration fee is $75 for all on-time registrants A $75 fee is added to all teams after the deadline Teams are only allowed to add late to fit appropriate gaps The $75 registration fee still needs to be paid for teams dropped after the deadline. Invoices will be generated through GotSoccer after schedules post to ensure accuracy.

Front Range League Structure Game Change Requests Game Officials relies on the schedule in GotSoccer for updates. Proper process should be submitting game change request through GotSoccer and Game Officials at the same time. GotSoccer takes 1-2 business days to process requests. Assignors check the public schedule on GotSoccer to make sure the change is correct before accepting the change in Game Officials. Home clubs should submit game change requests. There is NO FEE for Front Range League game changes.

GotSoccer Rec Player Registration Uploading and registering rec players with CSA through GotSoccer: Makes it easier to track players who’ve already been paid for Easier to track payments and print invoices Helps clean up player database in GotSoccer Issues with uploads stemmed from: Not having required fields Empty cells in certain columns Solution: Fill in empty cells with “None,” none@none.com, or 555-555-5555 prior to upload

Policy and Rule Updates Reporting Scores The responsibility of reporting scores is going back to the coaches. After a game concludes, the home coach will enter the score through GotSoccer using the Event ID and Pin#. The Event ID and Pin# will be provided to clubs when the schedule posts and the clubs will be responsible for forwarding the credentials to the teams. This will be in effect for Spring 2018.

Policy and Rule Updates No Coaching Conflicts Process Previously, GotSoccer would spend a few days going through the schedule after home scheduling closed to remove any coaching conflicts. This would lead to an increase in game change submissions once schedules posted as the new game times didn’t work with the teams. The resolution of coaching conflicts will now be done by the two teams involved in the conflicting match. The removal of this coaching conflict resolution stage will extend the registration deadline in Fall 2018.

Policy and Rule Updates Jersey Numbers Any teams playing in the Premier and Intermediate divisions of the Front Range League will be required to have jersey numbers in Fall 2018. Typically, these teams will be required to have jersey numbers once they hit the 11U age group of the Advanced Leagues. Jersey numbers make for easier identification by referees in the cases of misconduct. Jersey numbers are not required for those teams playing in the Recreational divisions throughout the Front Range League.
