MENTAL HEALTH the condition of being sound mentally and emotionally that is characterized by the absence of mental disorder and by feeling comfortable about oneself, having positive feelings about others, and the ability to meet the demands of life;

EMOTIONAL HEALTH The ability to deal with your emotions in a positive way that is not destructive to yourself or others. Absence of mood, personality or behavioral disorders. Ability to deal with others and situations appropriately.

SPIRITUAL HEALTH Spiritual health has nothing to do with religion, but may have to do with believing in something bigger than yourself Could have to do with your ‘spirit’, conscience, or ‘soul’ This is different for everyone and may mean different things to different people.

Answer the following Questions: Are you healthy in all 4 of the areas? Are there any areas that you need to improve on? If so, which area(s) and what could you do to improve? What do you do to stay healthy now? What will you need to do to stay healthy over time?
