Goal: trace multiple themes throughout the story of Brave New World. Objective: Understands Huxley’s time period to better understand the conversation around conditioning in Brave New World Goal: trace multiple themes throughout the story of Brave New World.

Remember: The first day we took notes on Brave New World. It is a dystopia It hints at problems of: Totalitarian Governments Conditioning (propaganda) Sex Technology

But why Why was he so afraid of conditioning? He spends a large portion of the first 4 chapters showing the effects of conditioning. Let’s think back to 1932…
