SEYCHELLES EXPERIENCE

Constraints PES dual system has not been practicable due to unavailability of independent agencies to carry out the exercise PES single system costly and demanding on scarce resources availed for the census (last census was 100% government funded)

Re-interviews by Area Supervisors, immediately after enumeration (small scale) …and subsequent comparison of individual records
