The Kingdom The seventh trumpet sounded Brings with it the promise from chapter 10 v 5 – 7 Great voices saying the Kingdoms (plural) of this world are become (already) the Kingdom (singular) of our God The divided earth will become one Kingdom in Christ Not ‘Kingdom now’ theology – the Church achieving the Christianisation of the world Love will grow cold As in the days of Noah Far from God, not nearer He is King and He takes the throne by conquest Pouring out His vengeance and wrath

The Kingdom He shall reign forever and ever – an everlasting Kingdome with no end Kingdom 562 times in The Bible Kingdom of God 69 times all in the New Testament Kingdom of Heaven 32 times all in Matthew’s Gospel (the Gospel of the King) Textus receptus indicates the ‘Kingdoms to Kingdom’ transition He is going to reign ‘FOREVER’ Not just a thousand years – the thousand year reign is not the end but a transitional phase Isaiah 9 v 6 & 7 – no end and The Lord will be zealous in bringing this about Psalm 93 v 1 & 2 – of old and from everlasting Psalm 145 v 10 – 13 – an everlasting kingdom Daniel 4 v 1 – 3 a wonderful and everlasting kingdom
