Open your browser type Http://Helpdesk.wwc.org :

Log on to the Online Help Desk Portal using your network log on:

Once you log on select the “New Ticket” tab at the top left hand corner.

You should see this screen which will allow you to create a new ticket.

Select “Whitman Walker Health-DC” under the “Category” drop down menu Select “Whitman Walker Health-DC” under the “Category” drop down menu. This will populate all the options on the screen.

Select the Priority of the issue via the drop down menu Select the Priority of the issue via the drop down menu. “Normal” priority should be sufficient unless the error is critical.

Once you are done entering the details select “Create Ticket”.

You will be redirected to Ticket screen You will be redirected to Ticket screen. The ticket you just created will appear here with a “NEW” tag. You will see all the information regarding the issue displayed. You can come back to the Online Help Desk Portal to see the progress of the ticket.

An Email confirmation is sent as well An Email confirmation is sent as well. This email will contain the details of the ticket for your review.
