Structured Academic Controversy A small group discussion routine that is designed to push you to consider multiple perspectives and find evidence to support your inferences NOT a debate – it is a discussion Work with a partner in a group of 4

Procedure A’s – Identify the best reason, with evidence, why the individual is responsible for problems in society. B’s – Identify the best reason, with evidence, why society is responsible for problems in society. Share out with your partners and record their answers. Switch perspectives.
