MVD New Madrid ROC Memphis District Steven Barry Mission – Main effort – Phase 2A Initial accountability; Key leaders by SAT Phone Preliminary assessment of damage Make contact with higher HQs Movements Minimal movements until status of local infrastructure, public safety and essential services are known Alternate Assembly Points are activated in Phase 2B Specified, Implied and Essential tasks Establish communication Determine status of Area Offices and pump stations Determine status of local infrastructure and essential services Command, Control, Communication Establish contact with District senior leaders Determine key leader status Establish communication with MVD
