Site Access Control Leader Check-in and obtain briefing from the HMGS Organize and supervise assigned personnel to control access to the hazard site Oversee the placement of the Control Lines Ensure appropriate action is taken to prevent the spread of contamination
Site Access Control Leader Establish the Safe Refuge Area within the CRZ. Appoint the Safe Refuge Area Manager (as needed) Ensure that injured or exposed individuals are deconed Track persons passing through the CRZ
