Verification of Recommendation of Certification Form The completed verification form will be mailed to the student after commencement and after certification documents have been processed; usually within a week This document may be provided to schools systems when applying for employment to verify certification recommendation until you receive your teaching certificate from ALSDE Keep original and provide a copy to each school system

Important Information TES personnel will obtain your UM transcript(s) and will contact you if a document or transcript is needed Students who are employed on an IEC, Interim Employment Certificate, must still apply for the permanent 5-year certificate
