Cool Tips for searching with PubMed https://www. ncbi. nlm. nih This cool option lets you see how your idea is “trending”. For example is it a dead topic,,,,few new papers or ideas or is it a new one…i.e. Zika Virus was not even known about just three years ago. This lets you select the type of paper: Clinical, Review of other peoples works, etc This lets you select for all papers or just the free ($) public access papers Advanced has some other cool ways to limit your search This option lets you choose all papers or only those published in the last 5 or a special range of years (i.e. you could select Aug 28 2017 to Aug 28 2015 (last two years)

Try a PubMed search using limits in your search- click boxes on left side By selecting “limits”: “Review” only, ”Full Free Text” only Papers only from last “5 years” and “human” an investigator can GREATLY narrow down the search and make their work a lot easier
