APRIL 13, 2018 OBJECTIVE – Students will conduct research the properties that make planets habitable for human existence. WARM-UP – What are 2 differences between Venus and Earth? Between Earth and Mars? HOMEWORK – Planet Research Poster – 4/16 (Take home to complete) AGENDA – Planet Research Poster construction. Each person does their own poster. No partner/group work. If you want colored pictures you must print from home and bring in.

What to include on your poster: 1. Name on back of poster. 2 What to include on your poster: 1. Name on back of poster. 2. Title on the front of the poster. 3. At least 3 pictures for any of the planets: Earth Venus, Mars, exoplanets. 4.Typed or neatly hand written (if handwritten you must write on paper then glue on poster. Do not write directly on poster. 5. Question/facts about Earth’s habitability. 6. Question/Facts about Venus’s uninhabitability. 7. Question/Facts about Mars’s uninhabitability. 8. Question/Facts about where scientists are looking for habitable planets. 9. Description of each of the 3 exoplanets science believe can potentially be habitable
