Our goal is for students to have a safe, enjoyable and educational experience.

Parents Thank you for getting all money and forms in on time! Thank you for your attendance this evening and supporting this exciting trip! Thank you for reading through the medication handout and following all directions for bringing them on Monday morning!

MONDAY MORNING Arrive at Medea Creek On Time – 6:00 am Find your group/bus number inside the gym. Leave your baggage in front of it. Check in with parent chaperone.

MONDAY MORNING Stay with your luggage and in your group until ready to board buses. Drop off all medications at labeled area by gym Make sure meds are in plastic bag with instructions and clearly labeled with student name and their camp.

Backpack: PURPLE RIBBON to label all bags going to Cherry and BLACK RIBBON to label all bags going to Fox Water bottle (preferably reusable, WITH YOUR NAME ON IT IN SHARPIE) Sack lunch and snacks for the ride to Catalina Sunglasses Sunscreen Book (NO KINDLES) Flashlight and/or headlamp WITH EXTRA BATTERIES Hand sanitizer Chapstick Optional, but recommended: Writing utensil, pad of paper, Cards or small non-electronic games Money ($5 for night snorkel, plus $0-40 for snacks and CIMI gear) Camera (underwater disposable is recommended) Sea sickness meds (for the ride there and back-require doctor’s authorization) Epi-pen and inhaler, if necessary   Sleeping Bag PURPLE RIBBON (Cherry)/BLACK RIBBON (Fox) plus have your name on your bag (if you don’t have a stuff sack, a laundry bag or trash bag will do) KNOW HOW TO ROLL/STUFF YOUR BAG Make sure your sleeping bag is warm-it gets cold at night Duffel Bag (medium sized): PURPLE RIBBON (Cherry)/BLACK RIBBON (Fox), plus have your name on your bag 2 towels (1 for showering, 1 for beach) sneakers and flip flops toiletries- toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner (hair gel, optional), glasses/contacts/solutions, soap, face wash, lotion, aloe, sunscreen, hair ties/clips 1-2 bathing suits board shorts (optional for girls) 1-2 pairs pair jeans or long pants 1 pair warm pj’s (i.e. sweat pants) 2 pairs shorts 3-4 t-shirts/tank tops 1- sweatshirt 1- beanie/scarf/gloves long thermal underwear (optional) Rash guard (optional) 1- warm, weather resistant jacket 3 pairs of socks (1 warm i.e. wool) hat/baseball cap (optional) 4 pairs underwear 2 plastic/ Ziploc bag for wet clothes and dirty shoes and clothes Clothespins (for Cherry Cove Only) Pillow is optional (bring a small one, or just use a sweatshirt to sleep on) DO NOT BRING: Gum, snacks to keep in cabin, curling/flat irons, makeup, valuables, knives, electronics (other than cameras- that means NO phones, NO screens), electronic games, fishing gear Etc…...
