dependent Variable

The Thing You measure in an Experiment Answer: The Thing You measure in an Experiment

Control Variable

Answer: The group that stays the same in an Experiment. Called the controlled group it is the opposite of the experimental group. Or The variables that you keep constant/controlled in the experimental group

Hypothesis

Answer: A proposed guess to a question based on previous knowledge on the subject. What you think the outcome will be in an experiment.

Base names in the Metrics System.

-Liters -Meters -Grams Answer: -Liters -Meters -Grams

Atom

Answer: The collection of protons, Neutrons and electrons. The basic unit of chemical elements.

Element

Answer: A collection of identical atoms. A single substance on the periodic table. (Chnops)

compound
