LCHPD Project $9,165,000 Finance Closing - October 12, 2017 Installment Financing - secured by a deed of trust and security interest in the new LCHPD to be constructed with the proceeds of the financing Prepayment available in whole, but not in part, on any day on or after April 12, 2025
