Presentation transcript:

Data for Decision-Making: Databases for Evidence-Based Planning Objective: To provide students, researchers and decision-makers with access to clean, timely, accurate data about the nursing workforce. Key activities: Primary databases  have been developed and linked to secondary databases (e.g. College of Nurses of Ontario) to advance methodologies for addressing health service research questions. Implications for practice and policy: Current data repositories provide new information to facilitate ongoing research and to enhance informed government and organization decision-making.
