Figure 1 Coordinated Action of the LC3 Conjugation System of Autophagy and IFN-Inducible GTPases Inhibits Replication of MNV The replication complex of MNV is marked by the LC3 conjugation system and then targeted by IRG and GBP proteins upregulated in response to IFNγ. IFNγ also promotes localization of LC3 to RC. Localization of IRG and GBP proteins to RC membrane disrupts these structures and inhibits MNV replication.
