Osteoarticular Trauma

Greenstick fracture Greenstick fracture is a fracture occurring in the immature skeleton which typically results in incomplete breaks in the shaft of a bone The tibia (proximal metaphysis or diaphysis) and middle third of the radius or ulna are common sites of such fractures

Greenstick fracture An incomplete fracture with a cortical break in the tension side of the bone The cortex on the compression side undergoes plastic deformation but remains intact Greenstick fractures reflect the pliability of a young child's bone

Greenstick fracture Lateral radiograph demonstrating a typical greenstick fracture of the radius with slight dorsal angulation.

The facture of metacarpal bones The second, the third and the forth metacarpal bones fracture

The first metacarpal bone fracture

Calcaneus facture

Humerus facture It is spiral frcture

Femur fracture It is comminuted fracture
