Basketball (boys & girls) Soccer Water Polo (girls) Wrestling (coed) Spring Season (Feb. – May) Baseball Golf (boys) Lacrosse (boys & girls) Sand Volleyball (girls) Softball Stunt Cheer Swimming (boys & girls) Tennis (boys) Track (boys & girls) Volleyball (boys) Please meet with coaches in the quad tonight to sign up on interest list for specific sport information

Student-Athlete Eligibility All students are eligible for sports if they have: Minimum 2.0 GPA (Yes, this 8th grade term counts!) CIF approval (only if a transfer from another high school) Current physical/athletic packet on file

Athletic Clearance Packet Create an account on athleticclearance.com Follow steps, upload doctor’s form and insurance card, wait for clearance notification from athletic department Must be COMPLETED before tryouts or 1st day of practice (for non-tryout sports) Mandatory for all athletes

Dead Period CIF mandates a 3 consecutive week period during the summer No practices, running, or conditioning allowed Weight Room OK Please see individual sport coaches for dead period dates & plan vacations accordingly

Physical Day Exer Urgent Care - Wendy Dr Saturday May 12 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday May 13 8:00 am – 12:00 pm $40.00 cash or credit card (doctors donate their time) Physical will last all year (2018-2019)

Athletic Department Expectations All Student Athletes will: Be students first Maintain a positive attitude Work hard, always do their best Communicate with their coaches Remember they not only represent themselves, they represent their team and school both on and off the field.

Zero Tolerance Any student suspended from school for any reason is also suspended from their sport or activity for one calendar year from the time of suspension Co-curricular appeal committee Make request to Athletic Director within 5 school days of suspension (packet in office)
