APPROVAL LETTERS & CONTRACTS From now onwards, contracts (2-Party) shall be signed by both parties (AgriSETA & Employers)during AgriSETA Road Shows. Service Providers would also form part of the signing process. Grant fund is meant to assist the Service Provide in conducting training successfully. Learner Allowance is meant to assist the learner with travelling and meals. No learners Allowance in Skills Programmes. Training can ONLY commence once the contract is signed by both parties and according to Training Plan. Funds are regarded as contracted once the contract is signed. At least 95% of Discretionary funds should have valid contracts. If you realise that training for whatever reason is going to go beyond contract period, a request for an addendum should be made within three (3) months prior to the expiry of the contract. Funds are lost to NSF if stakeholders does NOT have a valid contract or addendum.

CHALLENGES Non and short payment of allowances by Service Providers. Invoices no been paid within 30 days. Non adherence to terms and conditions of the application forms.
