Plans for Students with Disabilities 504- accommodations to level the playing field for students with disabilities IEPs-specially designed instruction to support students with disabilities in accessing the general education Behavior Intervention Plans-specific strategies to provide positive behavioral supports to students exhibiting behaviors that are impeding progress in academic and functional skills

He has a medical diagnosis of ADD and currently takes medication. Although this provides some control, C.L. still needs support to perform to his best ability in the academic setting. C.L. gets very anxious when he is unsure of what to do. This can cause him to become emotional and upset. C.L. will benefit from a consistent environment at school. These accommodations have been successful this year and will help to ease C.L.’s transition to a new school.
