Add fields Each row represent an information you wish to include in your report e.g. date, job name… The first column determines the table name, and the second one is the information name e.g. date, job name… Add a new information in the report 3:00PM 3/14/2011
Add filter To add a filter on a field, tick the checkbox and select the filter type you wish to apply Filters added here will be run just before viewing a Report Notes to understand what the filter does e.g. Select data where the job name is equal to what the user has determined 3:00PM 3/14/2011
