Create Odometer Measurement Documents IK22 Use this procedure to record odometer counter readings for a vehicle. From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code IK22. Click or press Enter. The Collective Entry of Meas Documents: Initial screen displays. In the Equipment field, enter SAP Equipment number for vehicle. Click the green check, or click on or hit Enter. On the Collective Entry of Measurement Documents: Overview screen, click on Enter the new odometer reading under the Rdg/CtrRdg section; (This field is left of the word “mile” in the odometer section.) Click on or hit Enter. System calculates and updates the fields. Note: If you get “The counter reading entered will lead to a counter overflow” – STOP and back out without saving.
