2018 Cohort 2 Change Agents and Administrators Workshop June 26-29, 2018 Welcome! This work is supported by the National Science Foundation Division of Undergraduate Education through grants 1525593, 1524605, 1524623 & 1524800.

Workshop goals Report on course-level outcomes data, give and receive feedback on the analysis of these data, and explore their connection with your program action plan Begin the process of investigating the impact of your work on your courses and program Learn and share techniques to engage others in your program and on campus in the work you are doing Prepare to engage the broader regional community in your work and begin developing your regional workshop Continue to develop a community of Change Agents to support and enhance each other's work

Fall and Spring Virtual Activities 2-3 one-hour virtual meetings with some asynchronous work We will offer a few virtual activities each term – you will select one to attend Making academic change happen – journal club Developing students’ sense of belonging – journal club Supporting student transfer (2YC-4YCU) – journal club Teaching quantitative skills actively – implementation group Teaching Historical Geology: revising course to focus on events and include more active learning – implementation group Add your suggestions After we receive your suggestions, we’ll make a new list and you’ll get to “vote” for your top three choices.
