A Tour of the E-PrintOrder System A system for ordering, proofing, checking order status, and re-ordering corporate identity printing, such as business cards and stationery, over the Internet.

Why order these products online? Save time by eliminating faxes and paperwork. Reduce the turnaround time by streamlining the process. Reduce errors by using an electronic workflow. Order when it is convenient – 24 x 7. Standardize corporate graphic standards.

The system has strong security. Each account needs a username and password to enter their customized ordering system. The URL to place orders is

Our demonstration shows an ordering system for a fictional company, Starline Cruises.

Create an order.

Approval Routing or Shopping Cart Approval Routing – 2 Steps - Individual employees submit orders for approval which are approved by an employee with another username and password. Shopping Cart – 1 Step – Appropriate if orders are paid by credit card, an office manager places orders, or employee orders do not need approval.

Approval Routing System

A graphic of your printed product is shown.

Fields are customized to your requirements.

The user receives an immediate online proof.

The user receives an immediate confirmation of their order.

The approver can receive notification that there are orders to approve.

Orders can be approved by checking the boxes and clicking the bar. Or, they can be individually edited and approved.

The approver can make any changes to the order or delete it.

Shopping Cart System

The choices at the top of the screen have changed.

The billing can be on account or to a credit card.

The user receives an immediate confirmation of their order.

Go to View Orders to check order status.

A proof of the order is stored online and can be seen by clicking the hyperlink.

Reorders can be easily created from this old order. Click on the link, Re-Order of this Item on the left.

Click on the Link, on the left.

You have a new order form, that can be changed, with the information entered previously.

Online Help Help is located throughout the system and an online manual is accessed from the home page. The system is so intuitive that little help is needed.

Queuing and Grouping The system eliminates the need to hold and group orders by doing so electronically. The system stores orders until they are processed, based on your criteria. Companies frequently group orders weekly or by quantity. You give us your grouping criteria and we apply it.
