What is SOAR? SOAR is: Recognizing positive behaviors a system of clear school wide expectations with consequences and incentives. interventions when you need help. recognition and celebration for your successes!

What does SOAR do for you? Students are recognized and praised for positive behaviors. Students receive interventions to help them self manage their unsuccessful behaviors. Teacher-student conference, parent contact, parent conference, office referral

How does SOAR work? All students follow the same set of rules and expectations throughout all areas of the building. When students follow the rules and expectations, they are recognized. When students do not follow the rules, there are planned consequences to help them get back on track.

What are DNA Dineros?

How can you earn DNA Dineros? Following the SOAR expectations Going above and beyond to make Franklin safe Showing respect to all students and staff Doing the right thing (even if nobody is looking) Playing nicely with everyone Giving your best effort Showing good sportsmanship

Who awards DNA Dineros? All staff, including: Teachers Substitute Teachers Office staff Cafeteria Staff Custodians Playground Supervisors Crossing Guards Para-educators

Where can students spend their DNA Dinero? At the RAVEN Market!!! Store will be open soon, schedule to be determined! Items priced according to value

What can I buy with my DNA Dinero? * Raffle ticket * Pencils, erasers, stickers, etc. * Small treats * Hat Day pass * Name on billboard * Lunch at special table with friend * Announcement on intercom with your name * Custodian/Cafeteria Helper during lunch recess * Playground Supervisor during lunch recess …and many more options as the year continues.
