CA Meeting with Developer Development Process Vogel Engineering, on behalf of the self storage building developer contacted CA regarding two utility easements across CA open space. CA staff met with Vogel Engineering on March 6, 2017 CA staff discussed the easement approval process which included placing the property under the annual charge, RAC review and CA Board approval Access from Guilford was discussed but Vogel Engineering expressed concerns over site limitations, facility operations, existing grades, and floodplain constraints making access from Guilford less desirable than access from Old Guilford The developer submitted site plans to Howard County with no further follow-up with CA
