STARS Start Date & NPR Read-Only Date If you have a 9/1 STARS Start Date: September data must be entered into STARS. You will have until 9/30 to enter all August data into NPR. If you have a 10/1 STARS Start Date: October data must be entered into STARS. You will have until 10/31 to enter all September data into NPR.
