Ignition Interlock Requirements First DWUI Conviction 90 day suspension If .15 or greater BAC, then 6 month IIR requirement Second DWUI Conviction 1 year suspension 1 year IIR requirement Third DWUI Conviction 3 year revocation 2 year IIR requirement, but may keep thru revocation Fourth or Subsequent DWUI Conviction Lifetime IIR requirement

Driver Eligibility W.S. 31-7-402 Eligible if driver license is suspended for driving while under the influence of alcohol May not be suspended for any other reason or in any other state IID installed at licensee expense on all vehicles licensee will drive (there is an employers vehicle exception) Maintain proof of financial responsibility (SR22) Make application for license Pay $50 reinstatement fee Pay $100 ignition interlock fee Provide certificate of IID installation
