European Health Insurance Card - EHIC A valid European Health Insurance Card gives you the right to access state-provided healthcare during a temporary stay in another European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland.  The EHIC covers treatment that is medically necessary until your planned return home. T-Shirts Please make sure you have given your group leader your t-shirt order and nickname for the back. T-shirts will arrive before we set off and will be a great souvenir.

Money Entrance fees and excursion coasts were all included in the initial price of the trip and therefore we would recommend that pupils take no more than £50 in Euros to cover lunches and any souvenirs they may want to buy, as well as a maximum of £20 sterling for the outward and return journey through the UK. We recommend, where possible, to get smaller denominations

Passports and EHIC cards Passports and EHIC cards will be kept in the school safe prior to departure on Monday 16th July. They will then be held securely by staff during the trip.

Illness Miss Edwards, Mrs Allison and Mr Sweeney are trained first aiders and we will be carrying a basic medical kit at all times. If any pupil has medication of their own, could you please make sure that it is clearly labelled and make us aware of it in advance. Please note : we are unable to issue any medical including paracetamol. If needed pupils must bring this with them.

Standards of behaviour We have clearly outlined our expectations of behaviour of all of our pupils whilst we are away and ask simply that they are adhered to at all times.

Keeping in touch We will post regular updates on the school twitter feed. The hotel offers free wifi so students can keep in touch using a smart phone using apps like whatsapp and skype. Using a mobile phone in France - your data, minutes and texts allowances will work just like they do in the UK.

We look forward to a happy and safe trip. Any Questions?
