Start-up : conditions residence permit - you have to meet the standard amount (means of support) - the agreement - the step-by-step plan - necessary fees (€ 317) have to paid in advance Your plans will be assessed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). RVO also holds a list of approved facilitators. The IND bases its judgement on the recommendation of NEA/RVO The residence permit is granted for 1 year only.
