(1) You need a facilitator: - registered at the Chamber of Commerce - reliable - experienced in guiding entrepreneurs You need to register at the Chamber of Commerce and a step-by-step plan: - your innovative product or service - your plans for the coming year - your own role in your company Rotterdam, 30 October 2017

Start-up : how does it work? (2) You need an agreement between yourself and the facilitator : - signed by both parties - how will the facilitator be guiding you? - the facilitor is not allowed to have a majority stake in your company Rotterdam, 30 October 2017

Start-up : conditions residence permit - you have to meet the standard amount (means of support) - the agreement - the step-by-step plan - necessary fees (€ 317) have to paid in advance Your plans will be assessed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). RVO also holds a list of approved facilitators. The IND bases its judgement on the recommendation of NEA/RVO The residence permit is granted for 1 year only.
