History of the Program Original Goal was to find a back-log of students who had left. National Speaker recent remarks Contact them and attempt to help them complete. 105 credits or more completed

Completion Program- Who qualifies? 90 or more credits Separated from the college (LOA, Walk-away, etc.) Or looking to separate from the college
How do we help? Taking out the hurdles… Streamlined the Re-Admissions process One advisor the entire time (registration, forms for graduation, etc.) Streamlined Financial Aid – single contact Pay off back bills – In some cases we have paid off back bills

Does the program work – “Where’s The Beef?” Continued A total of 291 students graduated through the program since 2013 Helped students pay off $14,000 in back bills Generated a large number of credits within our own institution
Conclusion To have a successful program you need the following: Take the time to reach out to students in a systematic way, that removes the barriers to returning, and gives the student a clear path to graduation.
