Mail Reorder Status Introduction The Reorder Status gives you information on available stock, reorder level, minimum reorder quantity and accordingly the next order to be placed by the business concern. By this add-on, report will be triggered and mailed automatically after a Sales Invoice is made, in order to facilitate the concerned department with appropriate and timely decision to initiate Purchase of Materials and this report has all relevant information required for placement of a Purchase Order. Step 1 Setup Guide 1. Step 2 A onetime configuration allows the user to set-up the facility from Tally.ERP 9. While configuring the you have the option to select some of the commonly used service provider. Based on the service selected some of the fields are pre-filled with Server Address, Port Number and Authentication details. Thus making it easy and simple to configure. In case you are using any other service provider to send and receive from Tally.ERP 9, the respective details need to provide while configuring the facility.
