Works Cited It appears at the end of the research paper on a new sheet of paper. It is the final page of your document. Center the title Works Cited in plain text on your page. The entire document should be double-spaced just like the essay. Each entry should be formatted for hanging indention. Go to format at the top of your screen then paragraph. Under indentation use the drop down menu to select “hanging.” (This is the same place you go to select double space.) The entries should be arranged alphabetically by the first word in the entry. You should have 3 sources minimum.

How to cite your poem Your poem example: Dickinson, Emily. “Because I Could Not Stop for Death.” Poem Hunter. n.p. n.d. Web. October 2011. Note: Your poem came from a website called Poem Hunter.com. You may use the citation above to create your own citation for the works cited. The only thing that should change should be the author and title of your poem. Everything else stays the same.

Notice Alphabetical Order Student last name and page number (which is the last page of your research paper) Entries are all Poetry for Students except poem. The poem is from a website so cite it accordingly. 1 inch margins The works cited is double spaced. The title is works cited NOT works cited in bold or work cited or My Sources or any other junk!!!!!!
