Have due work, your materials, and your PBIS card on desk. Check the board for introductory activity. Teacher Directed Work Sit quietly in assigned seat. Use active listening and participate. Follow along and be on task. Voice Level 1, raise your hand with questions. Individual Work Work quietly and stay seated. Use the time you are given wisely. Be on task and do your personal best. Tardy Forms 1st time: Warning 2nd time: Parent Notification 3rd time: 30 minute detention 4th time: Office 5th time: In-School Suspension 6th time: Out-of-School Suspension

Lanyards You must have your lanyard on during school hours You must wear it around your neck and your ID card should be visible

Lanyards No coloring, stickers, or defacing ID in any way Temporary ID ID Card -$2, Lanyard - $2

Cell Phones MUST be turned off during school hours If you have it out or if it goes off, I will take it. Pick up phone in the office after school

Food & Drink No food or drink (besides water) is allowed in my classroom.

Hallway Passes Always have your agenda Pass can only be used twice a day If you don’t have your pass, you don’t leave!

Agendas We will fill agendas out every Monday. Red lettering/bubbled words are words that you must write in your agenda

Where do my assignments go? Where is the turn in basket? Which one belongs to your Mod? Where do I turn in late assignments? Where do I put assignments that Ms. Covington passed back?
