RECOMMENDATION The staff recommends that the Pastors choose Course of Action 2: Host the Volunteer Appreciation Banquet at the church.

COA 2: The Rock Community Church Advantages: No Cost to Church (Only includes building) Onsite childcare available Due to closeness, more people may attend Fits at least 185 people Disadvantages: Parking space may be an issue Building construction may render option unavailable
COA 3: Do Not Host Banquet Advantages: No Cost to Church (includes all cost) Disadvantages: Intent to recognize volunteers is not met

Final Notes and Request There is not much difference in COA 2 and COA1 for feasibility of the execution of the event. The cost of the caterer and gifts are expected to be the same for COA 2 & COA 1 The Planning Committee would appreciate a final decision by August 16.
