The Strategic Content Alliance Methodology Scope the issues associated with IPR and licensing, such as the nature of the content, the diverse range of rights holders, the scale of the issue of orphan works and issues surrounding nomenclature. Synthesise current best practices and exemplars Evaluate potential gaps in best practices and make recommendations for follow up actions Develop, where necessary best practice tools for adoption by SCA sponsors and their constituent members Disseminate best practice tools to enable the development of an e-content framework of principles and good practices. www.jisc.ac.uk/contentalliance 24 November 2018
