Using Form Design View Design View of a form is devoted to working with the detailed structure of a form. The purpose of Design View is to provide full access to all of the modifications you can make to the form. Creating a Simple Form A form is a database object that you can use to create a user interface that allows users to enter and edit your data. Forms often contain controls that perform various tasks. Though you can create a database without using forms by simply editing your data in the table most users prefer to use forms for viewing, entering, and editing data contained in the tables. Simple Forms In the Navigation pane, click a table. Click the Create tab. Click Form. Customize the form using the tools in the Form Layout Tools tab.
