The Campaign for Congregational Development aims to empower and equip the Diocese, through our 68 congregations to nurture and continue the following ministries: LEAD: Provide training through the Church Development Institute and development opportunities such as intensive Conflict Management and Emotional Intelligence workshops to equip lay and ordained leaders to create and sustain strong healthy congregations. GROW: Establish signature ministries in our local communities, identify opportunities for growth in congregations, and plant new churches..
